Friends Pop-Up Book Sale and Chick-fil-A!
Featuring a kids book giveaway, along with adult fiction and non fiction. Look for sale book topics focused on African-American and minority issues and authors, sports and health, travel and languages, and spiritual/inspirational works, Chick-fil-A will be on hand with give-aways and supporting reading in our community! Come join us rain or shine!
Look forward to some summer fun, crafts, and activities at Kline! Explore the exhibit "Art in Nature" on VanGo!, the traveling museum on wheels from the Susquehanna Art Museum. Engage with Library staff and our outreach vehicle, Marco, with STEM activities and Library materials. Enjoy a special visit from Chick-fil-A as the Chick-fil-A Cow will be on site to greet kids both young and old. There will be crafts, snacks, ice cream, and other treats throughout the day. Be on hand for the announcement of the reveal of Kline's cow statue name!
Additional parking is available at the magisterial justice building next door (525 S. 29th Street) and also across the street.
Children's book give-away, book sale and antique bookmobile visit
Kids will enjoy picking out some free books along with crafts, treats, and family activities in this fall and Halloween-themed event. Come in costume for even more fun!
The pop-up book sale will feature adult fiction plus non-fiction items covering history and politics, biographies, and business & technology topics.
