  • Information about your Browser and Operating System
  • URL of the page where the problem exists
  • Exact steps taken to reproduce the problem, providing as much detail as possible.
Tip – To turn off “Friendly HTTP error messages” in IE, please do the following: In Internet Explorer, go to Tools > Internet Options > Advanced > Scroll down to “Browsing” > Uncheck “Show Friendly HTTP Error Messages > click OK
