Strategic Planning Committee

The Strategic Planning Committee consists of the Chair or designee of each DCLS committee and is chaired by the DCLS Vice President. The committee may also include additional members who are not part of the aforementioned pool. The committee is responsible for development and evaluation of the DCLS Strategic Plan. This includes planning and oversight for board and Senior Management Team strategic planning retreats. The meeting schedule varies.
