Finance Committee

The Finance Committee includes all members of the Executive Committee, as well as other interested trustees. It has responsibility for oversight of finance policies, as well as financial reporting such as internal financial statements, budget and review and approval of the 990 and audit. The Finance Committee is responsible for oversight of the pension and endowment investments, as well as the spending policy for the endowments. Meeting Schedule: 2nd Tuesday of each month at 7:30 a.m. at East Shore Area Library.
