This free library program for new parents and for their babies up to 23 months of age features books, songs and nursery rhymes. Explore the many different kinds of books and fingerplays that your baby will love. Learn how words and pictures can entertain and delight your baby throughout the day. Take home recommended books, music and videos to enjoy together between library visits.

Join us and experience the magic that happens when babies meet books!

At the Dauphin County Library System, you can find age appropriate materials to read to your child, parenting resources, and library staff who are always glad to help you find just the right book!
