HARRISBURG, Pa – If you’re feeling stressed, frazzled or over-busy this summer, stop by the McCormick Riverfront Library, 101 Walnut St, Harrisburg, on Wednesday, June 13 at 11:30 am to learn a few tricks to reduce that stressed-out feeling.
Dr. William Levan, D.C., of The Family Wellness Center, knows most people cannot step away from a stressful situation to breathe deeply for 20 minutes, so he will share tips on how to maximize a “mindful snack,” a two- to five-minute break that allows your mind and body to return to a low-stress state so you can continue your day on more peaceful footing.
