    Lively Minds abound at The Library

    The Elizabethville Library Lively Minds Series is featuring new workshops for 2015. These workshops will offer adult library users the opportunity to explore a variety of topics. From internet basics to genealogy and much more, come to learn some tips and tricks or to satisfy your curiosity.

    Internet Basics: Smart Searching

    Join Randee Stevens, a computer software trainer, who will teach you some tips and tricks for smart searching on the internet. Find out how to navigate search results, find the information you need, and learn how to fill out online forms. Participants should have a basic knowledge of the internet and are welcome to bring their own devices to use throughout the program.

    Randee Stevens is the founder of RGS Web Development. In addition to developing websites, Randee has conducted multiple computer software training classes for newly developed software applications, as well as tutored Microsoft Office applications, such as MS Word, Power Point, Excel and Access.

    Earning an Associate's Degree in Web Development in 2011, Randee combines her interest in various computer software with her commitment to assist people gain confidence in their own computer/software skills. Previously, Ms. Stevens attained a B.A. degree in Political Science with an Interdisciplinary Minor in Government and Public Service from Indiana University of Pennsylvania.

    Randee lives in Harrisburg, PA with her husband and their Border collie dog, Mercy.
