    Do you know of a person or organization making a positive impact on learning and literacy in our community? Nominate them for a Haly!

    Deadline for nominations: January 15, 2013

     

    Person of the Year Award: An individual who has made a critical contribution to the community in support of the goals of The Library mission, which include education, literacy, lifelong learning and encouraging an informed and active citizenry.

    Organization of the Year Award: An organization that has partnered with The Library to produce a significant improvement or extension of library service in our community.

    Catalyst Award: A person or group who has had a significant positive impact on the provision of public library service within Dauphin County or the state. Award winners receive a recognition award and two free tickets to the awards banquet featuring award winning author Lev Grossman. Your nomination automatically qualifies you to be entered in a drawing to receive a free ticket to the event—you will be notified by phone or email within two weeks of the nomination deadline if you are a winner.
